HANA HEARTS was at SHOW NING DJ LAB!!!

I'M BACK GUYS!!! ANYWAYS IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN NOTICING WHAT IS GOING ON...

Last Saturday at Tangerine(shophouse name, around Arab street area!), SHOW NING DJ Lab had their 1st FREE DJ Workshop!

I wanted to learning scratching like...back at least 10 years ago, when I was a huge fan of Joseph Hahn if you know who... LOL but there was no music school who taught how to DJ, scratching... (╥_╥)

ANYWAYS 10 years later there is SHOW NING DJ LAB...Finally I could learn how to DJ!

And so I went to the 1st Free DJ Workshop!

DJ Tomu-san on the left and DJ M-Sign-san on this Apple laptop concentration 150%
and yea you can see me on the right resting my lazy arm on my other arm LOL.

And I digggggg the mixes DJ M-Sign-san put up before the workshop start, I totally felt it I wanted to move but yea...was rather shy, you know...

DJ Tomo-san demostrating how to do looping on the DJ console! Looks so simple, but most people tried and took them alllllot of time to get it right. Kinda... Tomu-san asked on to try it up but I was shy (=-=;; ) I shouldn't have been such a spoil sport gwah! I could have learn how to loop with the turntables.

Anyways this photo is from the 2nd workshop due to overwhelming response they opening another slot of the other groups! Anyways that guy pointing at you :P is Mathias Schell(cute isn't he?) he is the resident DJ at Mink(I LOVE MINK, it's so much fun there :D)

(@o@;; ) so many people in such a small space!

Jane trying the looping! I hope I got her name right!

By the way, by the way, by the way, do you know that DJ Tomu-san, is not just like any other DJs alright! Not like DJ who makes it big just by mixing(anyone could do that now)......He is the 1st Runner up at DMC New York in 2005 and  Champion at Redbull SOUNDCLASH Japan! His forte is scratching! How cool is this?! A professional DJ teacher teaching us!

Trying out looping as well!

Everyone had so so so much fun!!!
And as you can see their place is so clean and awesome smelling(for your information), which is super girl friendly especially the toilet! Unlike the usual jamming studio reeks of smoke and sticky carpets eeeeewww much, these all just turns me off bad. I always love dropping by their studio feels so homey, cozy and chill!

Anyways if your interested just drop by 751 North Bridge Road TANGERINE #02-02
Singapore, Singapore 198719
or email them first before you drop by at dj_lab@show-ning.com

And yes I wasn't paid to do this post, as you can see I really love this DJ school and highly recommend ya'all to join them! I know you all will love them too!

I can't wait to go back to Show Ning DJ Lab again!

Bluish purple X Magenta purple

Anyways short post on a shoot I did for last month,
I love this makeup I did for the DJ shoot...
This makeup is pretty easy but will look good more blended, gotta admit I didn't blend it that well.
I need to 頑張る!

Sorry for the pixelated photo as the photo is too small to be saved in anyway...

White area: 1) Brow bone with highlight powder feather it out nicely at both ends
2) Middle of the eye lids with highlight powder to give it a little dewy shine.

Magenta Purple Area(Inner side): Dab in with magenta violet
Bluish Purple Area(Outer side): Dab with blue violet.

Back Area: Eye socket contour with black shadow, layer(a bit at a time adding eyeshadow) the black to avoid hard lines. Using black to bring out more definition to the eyes.

NOW IT'S YOUR TURN TO TRYYYY! REPLACE IT TO ANOTHER COLOUR IF YOU LIKE! :)

Kayo's visit to SINGAPORE #2

So anyways you all know Kayo was in Singapore... not so long ago(like last week)...what did she do here then other than MBS? Anyways I supposed to be a Gal centered on thing but it ended up as a free and easy look and see thing. I'm sorry but I think for me it is important to bring someone who has not been to Singapore to see as much landmarks as possible. Being a realistic me I wore my usual 'sweat free' outfits and toured around Singapore!

First stop is 328 Katong Laksa

And yes Kayo really loved it :D

Speaking to Jim the day before, he gave me an idea of bringing Kayo to Gardens by the Bay and boyyyyy it was a damn good idea. It was super lovely there! As you can see from the image above

Gardens by the bay! With all those fancy domey thingies.

Feels just like in Final Fantasy!

Chinese Garden? Funky rocks by the way...

Futuristic dome thingies before sunset...

Annnndddd after

And this too gets better at night!

Kayo-san and me before entering MBS!

Lovely photo of flyer and the high way!

Kayo-san outside MBS!!! WHAT A SIGHT! And that;s all for that night

On the following day

Steph, Sandra and me brought to try local dishes, and I gave her a treat, prawn noodles and let her try one of our most famous desserts at the moment...
LAO BAN soya beancurdddd!

Headed down to the famous 24/7 Mustafa and ended up showing her the Merlion at One Fullerton

Yes for the past XX years of my life I've never takena  photo with the national symbol the Merlion. But hey that's totally cool everyone's a virgin to somethinggggg!!! LOL!

And we brought her to play Darts at Senso!

On her 2nd attempt, I tell you she is a expert and her dart skill is really straight on!
unlike mine which goes up and down...
Won herself a set of darts and got herself a Dartslive member card! how awesome is that?!

But, ok all good things have to end eventually, and the next location she wull be visiting will be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

Hope I get to still see her soon some time, as she said she will be here to take a flight back out to Japan!
So wishhhh me luck!!

Kayo's visit to SINGAPORE

In the beginning of this year Kayo-san started her trip to meet all the Gyaru's all over the world, what made her embark on this trip is she was really fascinated with Kawaii-i TV on NHK, featuring Gals all over the world!

So......On 23 September she landed on our sunny island Singapore, but I didn't have the time to meet up with her till the following weekend.......WITH GOLLY.

Yeap photos are taken from her blog! Was lazy to shoot with my DSLR the entire time :/

I suggested eating Dim Sums, which is indeed a good choice of course HAHAHAHAHA

Chinese tea after a heavy meal is awesomeeee!

And we went to find Purikura machine shopp... Which is so hard to find nowdays, Pretty in Tokyo Purikura shops are like gone from the face of the earth?!?! WHAT?! NO WAY!!!

ANYWAYS ANYWAYS ANYWAYS, yeap we still manage to find some ghetto korean Purikura machine at cineleisure, there is a J Purikura machine but it is down BWAH...zzz

I look like im eating Golly's head LOLOL

Golly is just so pro at snapping photos!!! Below photo is mmmmmaaaaa favoriteeeee
